Before I was in the music business I was a management consultant and trainer traveling across the country doing somewhere between 110 and 150 training programs a year. All of them required workbooks, so, yes I tried lots of printers.
I was a Kinko's customer, but they got more expensive with poorer customer service. So I shopped around. I tried what is now called Copy Max. Their prices were better, but the service wasn't there.

I then referred the University of Colorado at Denver Continuing Education department to you because they were so amazed that I got my workbooks done so professionally and always on time and their own campus printing department couldn't do it as quickly.
When I started the music business I continued to use your services - the thing is - your service got better.
What sets you apart from other companies I have dealt with is:
- You do extremely high quality work with a quick turn-around if necessary (I try not to make it necessary)
- Your prices are exceptionally reasonable
- You keep all my masters on file digitally so that I can call you and tell you what I want printed without having to worry about getting master copies to you.
- You deliver the finished product, packed carefully to preserve the high quality
- When I call, you remember who I am and what work you do for me
Truly, CEC is a class act. You have exceptional customer service, great quality and good prices. I can't imagine having anyone else do my printing.
